How do they work?

• We hold limited spots each day or urgent appointments
• We do not schedule these before that day
• It is recommended that you call immediately at 8:00am M-F and at 9:00am on
  Saturdays to have the best chance to get your pet in. *Note- Voicemails that
  have been received prior to opening will not be addressed first.
• Our technicians and doctors may recommend you see urgent care or
  emergent care service rather than see us. We want to ensure the best care for
  your loved one and also reduce the cost of going to multiple clinics.
