● We schedule all appointments by phone only and please give us a call at 651-644-2100.

● We do take a non-refundable deposit of $78.00 for all new pet visits. This will pay for your pets exam the day of the appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled but anything less than 48 business hours notice will be considered non-refundable.

● If you are wanting an appointment for a procedure; dental, spay, neuter, etc. we do require a visit prior to scheduling a procedure. We do this to establish care and physically examine your pet. We will also need to complete blood work to ensure your pet is safe to go under anesthesia.
